Heart Attack Caused By Technology

I just read that the former Egyptian head had a heart attack while being questioned. Most likely, instead of suffering from a natural stress-related event, someone used the same technology on him that gangsters and military connected corporate gangsters have used on me. I believe it's absolutely evil.
