I have someone using technology on me and it's 12:54--I'm at the Hermitage. Nothing happened earlier but for the last hour someone has been nearby using something.
It's 1:01 and someone quit using the technology. I am not sure why or what changed. It might change again but we'll see. But they quit for now.
