"To Supress Critical and Lofty Thoughts"

Soviets, just like the FBI and CIA, used antipsychotic drugs on healthy and normal people to "supress critical and lofty thoughts." Not just that, it was done to discredit anyone from speaking out about public corruption of any kind. Does it seem STRANGE, to anyone besides me, that the FBI had a direct role in my involuntary detainment at a psych ward? I had just gone to them about public corruption by even some of their coworkers and asked for an investigation about the illegal kidnapping and premeditated false arrest of me, and this is what they had planned for me next.
