I felt a sadness for the last hour but maybe it's because it's a cloudy day. It's very overcast, sort of cold, and drizzling. I feel like today is a day I should pray more. But I felt like something went right this morning too. Don't know but feel good.
Then I called to see if my visit was still on or not and was told yes it is but they are having a sudden "earthquake drill" 15 minutes into my visit, with a "stop, drop, and roll" (but that's not what you do for earthquake but for fire) and then an alarm and then everyone is going to run outside.
