If you want to know the truth, about what Osama thought about America, go to the wiki site for "CIA-Osama bin ladin controversy".
Here, as in numerous other accounts, he is cited as saying he wants to help America. He is quoted, by government sources, as wanting to help America. And he and the U.S. worked together, not against eachother.
"...He (Osama) came to thank me for my efforts to bring the Americans, our friends, to help us against the atheists, he said the communists. Isn't it ironic?"
Osama bin ladin was not an enemy to America. Panetta, on the other hand, looks like a Pariah to me.
The American people have been GREATLY misinformed about the feelings and regard Osama bin ladin had for the U.S. and American people in general. There is record after record, of his support of Americans and he was not torturing anyone and denied any involvement in 9/11. If he later said inflammatory things, I'm sure he was being used by some other faction of the U.S. in a harmful way, as in mind control or some other thing.
He was safe until Panetta wanted to take him out. Panetta grabbed the guns, and most likely, even if the raid was legal, the way Osama was shot and killed was NOT. If he was captured, as his daughter testifies, there was no reason or justifiable cause for killing him. Caught, he was no more harm than anyone else there would have been, with some 'potential bomb'. There were 25 SEALS there and at any time, anyone could have set off a "bomb".
The bomb theory is B.S. If the SEALS caught him, they would have known he could not possibly diffuse a bomb. Most likely they caught him and held him and didn't allow him to speak or if he did, shot him after he said something. The shots were fired at close range and intentionally where they were placed. There was no mistake to how someone shot him.
