All I know is, this is important. I would recommend downloading these files for later viewing, in case someone tries to take it down.
I just went online to read the Cablegates and someone is messing with things already. I tried going to U.S. category and it was slow and things were saying redacted and then I went to the Confidential tab and it said "site undergoing maintenance."
